The application for CUWiP 2019-2020 has been extended to Monday, October 7th at midnight EST.
CUWiP has become incredibly popular. In order to maximize the number of CUWiP participants we can accomodate, we will allocate participants to sites based on travel logistics and site capacity. We will aim to follow the distributions outlined below, but may have to make adjustments. Please do not purchase travel or plan to be at a specific stie until you recieve an email confirming you have been accepted to a specific CUWiP site.

Applying to CUWiP
The application for CUWiP 2020 is now live! Click here to apply. You apply to CUWiP through APS, and then are assigned a conference host site upon acceptance. Application fee waivers are available if needed. To request a waiver, please email women@aps.org. For more information, visit the APS CUWiP homepage.
